GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. ACCEPTANCE.
The making of any reservation implies the acceptance of these general conditions. The reservation of holiday accommodation through this website is made under the name GALINDOBEACH.COM by SERGIO GALINDO FORCADA, Spanish businessman, with NIF 09084962P and address at Calle Tolete 11 casa 21, Urbanización El Saladillo. C.P. 29688 Estepona(Málaga) with telephone 693653253 and email info@galindobeach.com
2. USER.
The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the data entered.
3. PREPAYMENT.
The system asks for a payment by credit card or bank transfer of 100% of the total amount of the rental.
4. RESERVATION.
Your reservation can be made by telephone, email or directly online on our website. The booking will be completed when the user receives by email the confirmation of the booking with the booking reference number.
5. DATA.
All data entered by the user is recorded on a secure server and we guarantee that access to this information is exclusive to the reservation staff and will only be used for the purposes of the reservation itself and to communicate future promotions and offers to the client.
6. OCCUPANTS.
The client can only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the flat and the contracted rate.
7. CLEANING.
The flat will be made available to the client in a clean condition. The client undertakes to leave the flat in a reasonably clean condition, free of rubbish and food leftovers.
8. EQUIPMENT.
The client undertakes to leave the flat with the same conditions of conservation of the furniture and equipment that he/she found at the entrance.
9. MODIFICATIONS.
We reserve the right to change the contracted flat for one of similar or superior characteristics in cases of force majeure such as occupation or damage occurring after the date of booking. These changes will not have any cost for the client.
10. GUARANTEE.
SERGIO GALINDO FORCADA reserves the right to request a guarantee deposit of up to a maximum of 20% of the amount of the reservation. In the event of refusal to pay this deposit or in the event of no response to this request, Galindo Beach may cancel the reservation. This deposit will be returned in full on departure, except in the event of any damage to the flat, furniture or equipment or in situations of extreme dirt and rubbish. The cost of restoring the flat to the condition it was in on arrival will be deducted from the amount of the deposit.
11. CANCELLATION
For cancellations more than 30 days in advance, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. For cancellations less than 30 days in advance, no refund will be made.
