FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Children up to two years old (included) are free of charge and do not count towards the calculation of the maximum capacity of the flat. For any questions regarding children or cots please contact our office through our phone numbers or send an email to info@galindobeach.com

Please, the day before your arrival at the flat, it is mandatory to contact our check-in staff that you will find in your booking confirmation. Check-in hours: from 16:00hrs. to 21:00hrs. From 21:00hrs. to 24:00hrs a supplement of 30€ will be charged, in cash. From 24:00hrs onwards a supplement of 50€ will be charged, in cash. The latest check-in time is 02:00hrs. Check-out time: before 11:00hrs. If you wish to change your departure time, please contact galindobeach and we will try to adjust to your needs.

Booking with galindobeach is quick and easy. Your booking can be made by phone, email or directly online on our website. The booking will be completed when the user receives the booking confirmation by email with your booking reference number.

By credit card, the booking confirmation is immediate and if the operation has been successfully completed, you will automatically receive a booking confirmation by email. If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation of your booking by email within 24/48 hours of receipt of payment.

Our staff will meet you at the accommodation, at the agreed time, to give you the keys and explain you the normal functioning of the flat, as well as any questions you may have about the area, how to get around, where to park, shops, restaurants.

The system asks for a payment by credit card or bank transfer of a percentage or the total amount of the rental, the reservation being conditional on the acceptance of the payment by the bank. If a percentage has been paid, the remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival by bank transfer, credit card or cash.

galindobeach reserves the right to request a booking security deposit of up to a maximum of 20% of the booking amount. In the event of refusal to pay this deposit or in the event of no response to such a request, the reservation may be cancelled. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days of the guest's departure. This deposit will be returned in full, except in the event of any damage to the flat, furniture or equipment or in the event of extreme dirt and waste. The cost of restoring the flat to the condition it was in on arrival will be deducted from the deposit.

All our flats are fully equipped (you can see the basic equipment of each flat in the 'EQUIPMENT' section. In addition, we provide bed and bath linen, basic welcome items, a basic cleaning kit and toilet paper in the bathrooms. You will not find, however, any kind of daily food (salt, sugar, oil, etc.).

All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via e-mail. Cancellations or changes by telephone are not accepted. If the client cancels a booking, the deposit will not be refunded. If the client cancels a fully paid reservation (100% of the stay), there is a cancellation fee depending on the number of days in advance of the rental period. More than 30 days before: 50% of the total amount, less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount. If the client changes the dates or the flat, it will be understood as a new booking and will be subject to the cancellation conditions. However, in the event of the need to modify a reservation, please contact Galindobeach to try to provide the best possible solution. If due to circumstances beyond Galindobeach's control (works, breakdowns, floods, fires or any other cause of force majeure) the reserved flat cannot be offered to the client, Galindobeach will be able to change the reserved flat for another of similar characteristics. In the event that the client does not agree with the proposed flat, he/she may cancel the reservation and obtain a refund of the amount paid, except, where applicable, for the part corresponding to the rental period that has been used. Galindobeach will not assume any other responsibility for the total or partial cancellation of the reservation.
