FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Please, the day before arriving at the apartment, it is obligatory to contact our entry staff that you will find in your booking confirmation. Entry time: from 16:00hrs. to 22:00hrs. From 22:00hrs. to 24:00hrs there will be a supplement of 30€, in cash. From 24:00hrs onwards a supplement of 50€ will be charged, in cash. The time limit of arrival, 02:00hrs. Departure time: before 11:00hrs. If you wish to change your departure time, please contact Galindo Beach and we will try to adjust to your needs.

Booking with Galindo Beach is easy and fast. Your reservation can be made by phone, email or directly online on our website. The reservation will be completed when the user receives by email the confirmation of the reservation with your locator number.

By credit card, the confirmation of the reservation is immediate and if the operation has been carried out successfully, you will automatically receive in your e-mail a confirmation of reservation. If you pay by bank transfer, within 24/48 hours after receiving the payment, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation by email.

Our entrance staff will greet you at the central office located at Calle Traiña 26, Urbanización el Saladillo, C.P. 29688 Estepona(Málaga) or at the apartment, at the agreed time, to give you the keys and explain the ordinary operation of the apartment, as well as any questions you may have about the area, how to get around, where to park, shops, restaurants.

The system requires a payment or guarantee by credit card (there are no commissions) or bank transfer of 30% of the total amount of the rental, the reservation being conditioned on acceptance of payment by the bank. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of entry, by bank transfer, credit card or cash.

The client will leave at the time of reception in the apartment, a deposit of 200 euros by credit card, as a deposit. This deposit will be refunded in full, except in the case of damage to the apartment, furniture or equipment or situations of extreme dirt and debris. The cost of restoring the conditions of the apartment at the entrance will be deducted from the amount of the deposit.

All our apartments are fully equipped (you can see the basic equipment of each apartment in the section 'EQUIPMENT'. In addition, we offer bed and bath linen, basic welcome items, a basic cleaning kit and toilet paper in the bathrooms. You will not find any type of daily food (salt, sugar, oil, etc.).

All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via e-mail. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted. If the client cancels a booking, the deposit will not be refunded. If the client cancels a fully paid reservation (100% of the stay), there is a cancellation cost that will depend on the number of days prior to the start period of the rental. More than 45 days in advance: 30% of the total amount. Between 30-45 days before: 50% of the total amount. Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount. If the client changes the dates or the apartment, it will be understood as a new reservation and will be subject to the cancellation conditions. However, in case of need to modify a reservation, please contact Galindo Beach to try to give the best possible solution. If due to circumstances beyond Galindo Beach's control (works, breakdowns, floods, fires or any other force majeure) the reserved apartment cannot be offered to the client, Galindo Beach may change the reserved apartment for another of similar characteristics. In the event that the client does not agree with the proposed apartment, he or she may cancel his or her reservation and obtain a refund of the amount he or she has paid, except, where applicable, for the part corresponding to the rental period he or she has enjoyed. Galindo Beach will not assume any other responsibility for the total or partial cancellation of the reservation.
